Novonesis’ JumpStart® biosolution improves the efficiency of soil and fertilizer phosphorous uptake

This video outlines how JumpStart®, a phosphate-solubilizing inoculant, makes less-available residual soil phosphate available for crop use.

It shows that as much as 90% of phosphate fertilizer goes unused in the first year of application to crops, and 25% or more never becomes available, even in later seasons.

When applied to seeds, JumpStart® grows along plant roots to produce organic compounds to break the bonds of trapped phosphate and make it available to crops.

This makes the roots of the crop more robust and can help increase the yield of crops.
