Rethinking yeast management: It’s time to unlock more time for better brews!

Without yeast, there’s no beer – making yeast management critical for brewing consistent, high-quality beer. Since the late 19th century, the industry has adopted and used a certain method for propagating yeast from slants in their breweries. We believe it's time to take this process to the next level. But we are not asking you to just take our word for it – we’ve invited two brewing experts to challenge us and share their views on yeast propagation.

In this webinar, our panel will dive into the challenges of current propagation methods and debate whether SmartBev™ FLY can truly solve them. Expect dynamic discussions and diverse perspectives as specialists from around the world join this panel.

We’re excited to have a global lineup of industry veterans: Tamar Banner, Brewmaster at To Øl Brewery in Denmark, Jon Seltin, Head Brewer at Brick Lane Brewing in Australia, and Anders Nielsen, Yeast Application Scientist. Moderating the conversation will be Anne Louise Friis, Global Business Development Manager.

You can look forward to learning how to optimize your yeast management, transforming propagation from a time-consuming, complex task into a streamlined, consistent process—so you can spend more time crafting great brews!

Reserve your spot now and join the conversation on transforming yeast propagation!
